This Branding Agreement ("Agreement"), is entered into on October 1, 2024, by and between This is Urban Shindigs LLC, of 2538 Alpine Blvd, Alpine, California 91901 ("Owner") and CONTRACT: Jason Bellamy ("Client"). The parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, and in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter contained, agree as follows: Client agrees to owners SCOPE OF WORK to include: 1:1 Consultation meeting FREE Unlimited Phone & Email communication 2 1:1 Style & Content Meetings Logo Design: $200 Business Card Design and 100 Prints: $200 Designed, Printed, and Branded 4.2FT X 0.82FT Table top frame with hardware: $500 Branding goods are to be delivered by owner to client within 4 weeks. Client understands this timeline greatly depends on third party estimated shipping, clients participation, preparedness and availability during design weeks at specified times so that we can stay on track! PAYMENT FEE Client shall pay to owner a branding fee in the the sum of $900, a 50% Non-Refundable Down Payment Made At Contract Signing is required. This Deposit Shall Be Applied Toward The Purchase Price. Payments May Be Made By Cash Or Credit/Debit Card. The balance of the branding agreement fee shall be paid in full by client 2 weeks prior to the day of agreed delivery date. TERMINATION Owner may terminate this Agreement based upon failure of client to pay the Branding Fee or any other charges due hereunder when the same is due. CANCELLATION client may cancel this Agreement at any time up to 60 days prior to the delivery date by providing written notice of such election to owner, at no cost to client minus the 50% nonrefundable deposit. If client shall elect to so cancel this agreement 30 days prior to delivery Date, Lessee will be charged 100% of the website fee. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal actions, claims or demands shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of California.
