PAYMENT FEE Client shall pay to owner a website fee in the the sum of $4,200, a 50% Non-Refundable Down Payment Made At Contract Signing is required. This Deposit Shall Be Applied Toward The Purchase Price. Payments May Be Made By Cash Or Credit/Debit Card. The balance of the website fee shall be paid in full by client 2 weeks prior to the day of agreed delivery date. TERMINATION Owner may terminate this Agreement based upon failure of client to pay the Website Fee or any other charges due hereunder when the same is due. CANCELLATION client may cancel this Agreement at any time up to 60 days prior to the delivery date by providing written notice of such election to owner, at no cost to client minus the 50% nonrefundable deposit. If client shall elect to so cancel this agreement 30 days prior to delivery Date, Lessee will be charged 100% of the website fee. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal actions, claims or demands shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of California.
