Client understands this timeline greatly depends on clients participation and preparedness and availability during design weeks at specified times so that we can stay on track! PAYMENT FEE Client shall pay to owner a website fee in the the sum of $4,500, a 50% Non-Refundable Down Payment Made At Contract Signing is required. This Deposit Shall Be Applied Toward The Purchase Price. Payments May Be Made By Cash Or Credit/Debit Card. The balance of the website fee shall be paid in full by client day of agreed delivery date. TERMINATION Owner may terminate this Agreement based upon failure of client to pay the Website Fee or any other charges due hereunder when the same is due.
